Advanced Intercultural Trainer Training (AITT)

The program is aimed at the experienced intercultural trainer and offers extensive opportunities to gain further competencies in specific intercultural fields.

Special emphasis is placed on a combination of practice-oriented didactics, methodical variation and effective knowledge transfer in the training room.

Most seminars in the AITT group take place in a “blended learning” format, consisting of an online seminar (Webinar) approx 7-14 days prior to the on-site seminar. The webinar will introduce fundamentals and theoretical models. This will allow the on-site seminar to concentrate on practical hands-on topics, and to allow a selective resolution of any questions.
