Conflict workshops for international teams

To be able to use the synergy effects of effective multicultural teams, the team members often need an opportunity to reflect on how they behave when conflicts arise and to apply the strengths of the indiviual to the common good of the team goal.

 
In this workshop, the current situation in the international team is analysed and critical areas developed. The team looks together at areas of conflict potential. Symptoms experienced in the team are recognised ad reflected upon.
Furthermore, strategies for handling conflict in future are developed, based on past experiences, through communicating with each other respectfully to optimise the team performance potential.
The different expectations from the team are compared with the demands on the team, from which measures for improving the teamwork can be drawn.

The cultural differences of the team colleagues are regarded as an opportunity that enriches the team through diversity. This makes the teamwork easier and improves consensus, enabling future challenges in daily business to be handled co-operation. Constructive feedback is recognised as an important methoed to widen your persepectiv and in so doing to strengthen the team.
