If you have a management task at international level you will know that leadership in such an environment means a special kind of challenge.
In this seminar you will learn how to apply situational leadership to manage people considering their different value and orientation systems.diesem Seminar lernen Thus you will learn to avoid misunderstandings and create a cross-cultural team feeling. You will discover how to develop rapport to representatives of different cultures and how to handle culture-related communication styles. Furthermore you will become aware of characteristics of your own culture from the perspective of others, avoiding pitfalls which can arise from cultural differences.
