In this seminar you will learn how to achieve WIN-WIN solutions in your international negotiations.

How to strategically plan your negotiations with customers, suppliers or employees, in order to achieve your goals. How to argue convincingly, deal with objections, reach consensus and close the deal, taking intercultural aspects into consideration. In short, you will examine negotiation techniques and learn the right negotiation approach and language to bring your international negotiations to a successful conclusion.

one-hour webinar (online lecture) 7-10 days before the training
2 day training (max. 8 participants) or 3 day training (max. 14 participants)

 
The seminars can take place in different languages: English, Italian, French, Spanish or German language - whichever you prefer.
