We will get you ready for your forthcoming projects.

In our practical training, you will learn how to make projects work. We offer project management for different levels - from beginners to advanced. You determine which specific topic areas of project management you would like to focus on. In this training course you will learn how to plan, start, coordinate, control and finalise projects and how to lead project teams. As well as examining project tools, we take a close look at the key topics which are essential for the success of your projects.

one-hour webinar (online lecture) 7-10 days before the training
2 day training (max. 8 participants) or 3 day training (max. 14 participants)
  The seminars can take place in different languages: English, Italian, French, Spanish or German language - whichever you prefer.
