Effective communication
Effective communication is one of the most important pillars for successful co-operation- in the company and with clients. The primary goal of this module is to learn strategies to efficiently achieve and maintain contact to others, so that the successful exchange of information in personal discussion can occur.
Goal of the training:You will learn to be aware of, and be able to apply appropriately, the key elements of dialogue-oriented communication and the instruments of effective discussion management. You will learn the elements of effective communication in the English language and you will have the opportunity to train these intensively. You will implement this know-how in practice-relevant exercises and reflect on your own strengths and weaknesses. The optimisation of your personal communication behaviour will be supported through the use of specific feedback.
