Group Supervision for Intercultural Trainers
Your task as an Intercultural Trainer is a complex one. Imparting intercultural competence is a demanding didactical field.
You meet lots of people from a multitude of cultures and still feel alone with your tasks? You have already collected a wealth of valuable experience and encounters which you pass on in training and coaching sessions but still, now and then, feel you have reached your limit on intercultural matters?
You would like high-level feedback, collegial advice and to share experiences in an ambience of reflection.
Our supervision support program allows you discuss and gain valuable feedback on your real life experiences in a group, regardless of whether about sections of your own training program, a failed customer acquisition or a challenging confrontation during training.
The group provides you with room to reflect over your experience, learn from those of others and to tightly focus complex training concepts.
