Team Development for Intercultural Trainers
There are many situations in which a team development workshop provides valuable help in improving co-operation in an intercultural team. Kick-off workshops accompany the team building process and create an atmosphere of mutual trust between participants. Working across borders and between companies presents many challenges, and friction and conflicts are not seldom.
As an Intercultural Moderator you can assist teams with a workshop design to uncover stumbling blocks that may present themselves in intercultural cooperation, clarifying different expectations the team members may have, roles, processes and contact points for their conflicts, finding and implementing sustainable solutions.
In this seminar you will learn and apply various models and methods for diagnosing team situations.
You will develop workshop designs different team situations based on your diagnoses and check the effectiveness of various practice methods in an intercultural context. Personality profiles help you identify resources and promote an appreciation of different inclinations and values.
This will sharpen your eye for complex relationship networks in intercultural teams and expand your know-how in your dealings with problems based intercultural team conflicts.

A one-hour online seminar (Webinar) approx 10 days prior to the on-site seminar. The webinar will introduce fundamentals and theoretical models. This will allow the on-site seminar to concentrate on practical hands-on topics.
