What makes the Global Leadership Trainer/Consultant (GLT/C) Programme special?
- This unique English-language Train-the-Trainer and Consultant Programme helps participants develop the competencies, tools and confidence needed to design and deliver leadership development initiatives in international and virtual business environments.
- The programme brings together modern leadership concepts, facilitation expertise, consulting methodologies and training design skills in a blended learning format that combines live online preparation, face-to-face modules, peer learning and practical application.
- The GLT/C Programme focuses on the development of leadership trainers, facilitators and consultants for international business contexts.
- It combines leadership development, consulting methodologies, training design competence, facilitation and moderation skills, strategic thinking, change management, virtual collaboration competence, emotional intelligence and self-leadership.
Participants are supported and challenged by an experienced international trainer team with extensive practical business experience in leadership development, consulting and facilitation. - Learning groups are intentionally kept small to maximise interaction, individual feedback and learning effectiveness.
The programme takes place in English and supports participants in developing confidence and competence to work internationally in leadership development, training and consulting roles. - As a part-time blended learning programme over several months, the GLT/C Programme allows participants to integrate their learning directly into their professional environment throughout the journey.
What are the objectives of the GLT/C Programme?
The primary aim of the Global Leadership Trainer/Consultant (GLT/C) Programme is to develop trainer, facilitator and consulting skills for international leadership contexts, both face-to-face and live online.
Participants learn how to support leaders, teams and organisations in dealing with complexity, cultural diversity, virtual collaboration and organisational change.
The programme is based on experiential learning, reflection, peer exchange and direct application to real business challenges. Before most live modules, participants receive foundational theoretical input and preparation through interactive web sessions and peer learning activities. This allows the live modules to focus strongly on application, interaction, feedback and hands-on learning.
Throughout the programme, participants work on their own leadership development, training concept and consulting approach. They receive continuous feedback from trainers and peers and apply new tools directly to their own professional goals.
The programme culminates in a practical certification project in which participants demonstrate their competencies in training delivery, facilitation and consulting design.

They deliver a training unit, workshop sequence or consulting intervention, present an individual or group-based leadership development project, receive structured feedback from peers and trainers, and reflect on future application areas.
How do we work in the live face-to-face and live online modules?
All GLT/C modules combine concise theoretical input with a strong focus on application, interaction and reflection.
Learning takes place through interactive exercises, simulations, practical workshop facilitation, peer learning, group discussions, consulting cases, video feedback, self-reflection, project work and real-world application scenarios.
A central element of the programme is the transfer of learning into participants’ own professional reality. The live modules are designed to help participants test ideas, practise methods, receive feedback and apply new approaches to their own leadership, training and consulting contexts.
What is the Blended Learning Package of the GLT/C Programme?
Between the modules, participants continue their learning through peer coaching, project work, practical transfer activities, video inputs and exchange within the virtual learning environment of their learning group. The blended learning approach combines live interaction, reflection, self-directed learning and workplace application.
Asynchronous digital learning resources
In the dedicated Virtual Classroom of your GLT/C learning group, participants receive access to videos, educasts, leadership resources and training materials related to global leadership, strategic thinking, change management, consulting skills, facilitation competence and emotional intelligence.
The virtual learning environment also provides downloadable documentation, collaborative exchange, discussion forums, reflection activities and project work support.
Pre-training Websessions
Before most live modules, participants take part in interactive web sessions together with members of the trainer team and their learning group.
The web sessions provide foundational theoretical input, preparation for upcoming practical modules, reflection and discussion opportunities, as well as space for participant questions.
Peer Coaching
Between modules, participants deepen and sustain their learning through structured peer coaching and reflection activities.
Peer coaching supports transfer, accountability and personal development throughout the programme.
Project Work
A central component of the GLT/C Programme is the development of participants’ own leadership training, workshop or consulting concepts.
Throughout the programme, participants work individually or in project teams on practical development projects connected to their professional interests, goals and future application areas.
