The primary goal of this training course is to develop strategies to efficiently achieve and maintain successful rapport with your business contacts as a foundation for effective dialogue
You will learn how to appropriately apply the key elements of communication in dialogue and effectively manage discussions. You will implement this know-how in practical exercises and reflect on your own strengths and weaknesses. You will make the most of your personal style of communication through specific feedback during the training.
