It is potentially very beneficial for German companies to outsource to India regarding services such as call centres, back-office work and diverse medicine and IT services. India has a lot of experience in delivering these services; they have excellent staff training and they all speak English. Furthermore the time difference could work well for companies that offer 24 hour services. It is worth mentioning that Indians are very flexible regarding time. They’re willing to work in accordance with German working hours as well, whenever required, and therefore it benefits both parties.
